Cruise PV Strawberry Mousse and Quark Icing

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the recipes for these please... I've searched but can find them.

Quark icing is easy... quark sweetener to taste & flavouring of choice

Strawberry mousses (& other flavours) 500gm tub of ff fromage frais, sachet of sugar free jelly made up to half the total volume with boiling water. put the fromage frais in a large bowl, gradually whisk in the sf jelly, i then decant into portions in greek yoghurt tubs... makes 4 or 5 depnding how bubbly i get it put in the fridge to set

Many thanks Ellie - I have quark so can try that if I make some muffins.

No ff fromage frais only total yog - so will have to wait til next shop for mousse.

I make the mousse with quark instead of fromage frais and it is lovely!! x

you could possibly try it with natural yoghurt... i was going to try the quark but its cheaper to use fromage frais lol

LOVING the Mousse! Tried with fromage and with Greek. Prefer the greek!
