Quark icing is easy... quark sweetener to taste & flavouring of choice
Strawberry mousses (& other flavours) 500gm tub of ff fromage frais, sachet of sugar free jelly made up to half the total volume with boiling water. put the fromage frais in a large bowl, gradually whisk in the sf jelly, i then decant into portions in greek yoghurt tubs... makes 4 or 5 depnding how bubbly i get it put in the fridge to set
