Puddings Strawberrys and cream cake

    There is a recipe for a strawberrys and cream cake on the www.bodyoptimise.com website and it looks gorgeous, but it doesnt say the syn value!!

    Anybody have any ideas?

    right I work this out at

    low fat spread comes to 39
    self raising flour comes to 32

    thats 71 syns for the whole cake. Split into 6 thats about 12 syns per slice. Please correct me anyone if I'm wrong. This seems particularly high in syns to me. I would go for one of the cakes in the recipes section. xx

    Oh just seen that they divide into 10 which would make it 7 syns a piece thereabouts.
