+2lbs this week, i did a food and exercise diary this week and although ive had a few 'off' days have tried REALLY hard this week! i definitly havent gone over 115 syns, more around the 90/100 mark also done over 3 hours exercise including a 5 mile run which i was absolutly beside myself at doing, i thought i was doing soooo well with exercising but my weight is just going up and i feel out of control 
god it's sooo annoying but there must be a reason, not your fault i'm sure but please don't think right thats it im gonna eat all weekend cos that will make you feel worse come monday. xx:hug99:
