+2lbs this week, i did a food and exercise diary this week and although ive had a few 'off' days have tried REALLY hard this week! i definitly havent gone over 115 syns, more around the 90/100 mark also done over 3 hours exercise including a 5 mile run which i was absolutly beside myself at doing, i thought i was doing soooo well with exercising but my weight is just going up and i feel out of control :(

Have you measured yourself ? Maybe you have lost inches. Also if you are doing a lot of exercise you may be building muscle which weighs more.

dont let it get you down, if you have stuck to it and exercised IT WILL COME OFF, YOU WILL GET SMALLER I have had this problem before, basically i was trying to lose weight and going gym about 4 times a week. every week i stepped on those scales and the needle hadn't budged! i was about to pack it all in when i realised people were saying i looked good and had lost weight! Then I dropped a dress size, I was the same weight but inches thinner! woo hoo. Keep the exercise up girl, it's so good for you and you will reap rewards! think how tones up you will be! be strong :) x

im just a bit down at the moment, i weigh MORE now than i did 6 months ago and have been sticking to the plan!!! how much has everyone else lost in 6months?! serious plateau. im just getting fed up because when i really try to buckle down and be strict i just end up putting on. i want to stay with sw because i like the meetings but im feeling like i should do a stricter diet and keep getting weighed there. i know im not overwight now but my target weight is 9 stone 7, i got to 9.10 now im just heading back up and im loosing all will because its jsut not working for me anymore. i got my club10 over 12 weeks ago and now weigh more so i cant even use my free week :(

if thats the plateau you are at maybe thats your natural weight? like i find it hard to get below a certain weight, it drops of down to a point and then i have to cut right back to barely anything to get any smaller, and its crazy to maintain it. im no expert though so i dont really know! are your clother getting looser? i.e you mentioned the gym

It's so frustrating! I agree with all the advice above really and can't really think of anything extra to add I'm afraid. Just keep at it - it will show on the scales and definitely on your body if you keep going. Maybe, just maybe you do need to try another diet to kick start losing again? Good luck.

I worked out today that I've been doing this for 4 months and have lost 8 pounds. What a load of balls! BUT, I am pleased it's off not on (and it so easily could have been on without sw) and I can definitely tell it's gone, so generally feel okay about it. But, like you, I'm working hard for minimal results. it's hard when other people are doing so well and posting such big losses. BUT - you weigh tiny-hardly-anything-at-all, so it's going to be harder now. I agree with the comment about plateaus. I have a few sticky weights, which I struggle to get past, as if my body likes it there. Maybe you are at one of those.

Keep going chick...it will be showing.x

Maybe take your food diary to your consultant, you may be missing something...

Do you tend to eat the same things over the weeks? Have you relaxed your portion sizes? Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating enough? Remember, if you suddenly up your exercise then your muscles will hold onto water and this will show as a gain for a couple of weeks, but will even out in the end. Use your tape measure, you will probably be pleasantly surprised! Please don't give up, you have come SO far, and your body probably just needs a little shock to get it started again.

I know you are allowed 15 syns a day but I find sticking to a maximum of 10 works for me.

I also, agree with those who have asked if you are eating enough the one thing I can never get my head round with SW is the more food of the day I'm on I eat (i.e. red or green) the more weight I loose. I also find that if I do a block of one days (especially red) rather than alternating red and green I seem to loose more.

    Good luck.
