Hey does anyone have stretch marks?

Ive been doing CD a while on and off and am back now fully prepared for 100% but i am disgusted when i look down at my stomach and hips as they have lots of red marks on them (looks like ive been attacked by a lion)

Does anyone know if you can ever get rid of them by surgery or whether they are they to stay forever?

    Any advice would be great!

Thanks and your all such an inspiration

    Have a great weekend xx

I think while they're red you've got a good chance of reducing them with things like bio oil etc. More so than when they go that pale white colour.

Yep I've got them, they do fade as you lose weight and you can get creams to help to but unfortunately can't get rid of them completely.

I agree with the bio oil, its great. My babies were both 10lb ers and I was like a house when I was pregnant, I have stretch marks but 8 years later they have faded, and I think the bio oil helped. I don't think I will ever get rid of the overhang, but well....baby battle scars I say! :)

They fade natually with time and will shrink back so far, but I've heard good results from bio oil. I'm covered in stretch marks, kinda got used to them.
