Strictly Grams??

Hi Guys

Well as many know im on RTM now and finally enjoyed a decent meal on my day 3. so my question is this for you lovely people

How strictly must we follow the proportion recommendations, now i know we cant go over the top but here is what happened today.

I made the recommended recipe of Lettuce, Tuna and 1 boiled Egg white.

I then decided to read the proportions it said 75 - 100g of protein. One tin of tuna is 130g.

Is it so strict that i should measure everything to the nearest decimal or could i have eaten that extra 30g and not worry.

They say a palm size roughly, well i have a big palm compared to others lol.

Since it's pretty much just pure protein I'd say don't worry about the extra 30g...! The portions they say are more of a rough guideline in my opinion. But in the first week at least if you're mixing and matching food items like the tuna and the white of the egg be a little more careful, because it should really be half-half portions =)

My LLC told me at the time that the protein portion should or could be 150 - 180grms :confused:

I managed just find so I doubt you have to worry too much.
