I feel your pain, Gembritney!!

My LLC always tells us to imagine how we would feel right afterwards if we gave in. That's what usually stops me from giving up and stuffing my face with everything that's in sight.

Resist! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger (and more importantly, thinner ;))!!
