Hi, i'm new on here and thought I'd start with saying how difficult I'm finding it to lose weight. I'm upto 12st7 and want to lose ALOT.!!! I'm eating 3 means a day with no snacking what so ever, generally having a couple pieces of toast for breakfast, my main meal for lunch which i keep as healthy as poss then a small tea. Not eating anything after bout 6pm. I'm active, owning horses and always busy,,,,, any suggestions how I can shift it??? Thanks
