Thats the thing on any diet you never know from one day till the next how your going to be , you've done well to get to week 4 , roll the weeks on
aww hun sorry you are having a tough day , ts the nature of the beast , you can breeze along uite happy then bang .. it hits you !! Just try to rememeber that the feeling will go as quickly as it appears , go and have a bath , drink a pint of water or have an extra shake ( this wont do any harm and may make you feel better :) )
