Struggling with hunger when exercizing

Am following online and started about 3 months ago. Have consistently lost since starting and in total have lost 23lb.

Anyway, started doing quite a lot of exercise recently, power plates 3 times a week and prob running 3/4 times at 3 miles each time. I'm starving!! I am craving energy. Am eating all my exercise points and more. Last week was -25 by end of the week and still lost 2lb. It's not working like this. Need more allowable points surely?

Have you looked at when you are eating in relation to when you are exercising? I find that If I exercise when I'm hungry it dulls my appetite for a while after. You could stock up on 0pp food to have just before and after exercising; a banana for example?

Other than that, I'm not sure what to do. I know exercise is good so don't stop. If you are losing weight the way you are now, I might be tempted to carry on and only look at it once you start to plateau.

I'd be interested in what others think though.
I always eat about 1-2 hours before I exercise, otherwise I'm weak or too full. It's not hunger when exercising but all the time, and not hunger in the sense of empty tummy but energy craving/weak hunger iygwim. Just needing more than I'm allowed. But what annoys me us I'm paying for ww and essentially ignoring it. Considering sw at moment as I've heard more than just fruit n veg are free. But don't know how it works tbh.
