cdc was away last week. I was doing so well, last week, unofficial weigh in said id lost a further 2lb. however, thisweek I have been absolutely terrible and I cant get back on track. weigh in is tonight and I really cant cope if i have put weight on. I feel as if I have to be honest. I am so down in the dumps and cannot seem to get back on track!

Aww hun, it is so hard as we all appreciate, the only thing you can do is pull yourself back and get back into it 100%, is there any underlying circumstances which have taken you off track? Think of your end goal, and that it wont take you too long to get there on this fabby diet, but the more off plan you go, the longer it will take...

What if you look at it in a different way. Think of all the money you are wasting, every time you dont stick to CD it puts you back a week and costs an extra £36+ which if you had of finished a week earlier you could have spent on clothes....

i am trying to drink lots today to try get it off, but i ate sandwiches, crisps, quiche, it was a family christening and I couldnt resist. I felt so bad after it, I new I had messed up but I just couldnt stop. this was sunday, and then yesterday I vowed to make up for it but just couldnt stop picking !

you've made the first step by talking/writing about it, try to think about why you're doing CD, think of your mini goals and your long term goal, I'm sure you can do it Netty, just get a water bottle, focus your mind and think of those skinny jeans and sky high heels at the end of it

thankyou becky, i think th problem is that i am quite close to goal and i can wear them skinny jeans and heels and get away with it - it seems as tho i feel ok now so i have lost heart, but i know i have another 10lb or so to go yet. i will weigh tonight and then decide what to do, wehther to give up as i am struggling so much or to carry on and get the weight i have put on back off !

i feel for you... Ive gotten to the fed-up-cant -face- another- shake stage myself! I have 16lbs to get to goal before i start maintenance and although im not cheating, im struggling to eat as i just miss 'normal food' so much. Not that i want to eat junk, but a healthy yogurt, bit of fruit would really be wonderful.

*sigh* Just take it in small steps and drink lots of water to fill you up, your daily shakes and see how WI goes.

Netty - try this one. Put 38lbs of potatoes into carrier bags and walk around with them for 60 minutes. That's your weight loss back. I'm sure you'll want to be SSing by the end of it!! Joking apart, I have put my first 8lbs of lost weight in a carrier bag in the kitchen. If I feel like nibbling I will pick it up. I'm gonna add to it week on week and hope it motivates me in difficult times. Good luck, you can do it girl!!

i weighed lastnight and i had lost 2lbs . this was in the two weeks that I had not seen my cdc. I lost this in the first week, so the second week I stayed the same. I was disappointed but hey I had cheated a lot so guess it was a blessing I hadnt put on.
However, this will be my 12th weigh in this week and my cdc says that i can start going up the plan, so this week i will do this and shift (if i can) the 4lbs i need to reach my 3 stone mark. I know i shouldnt be disappointed because i did cheat a lot so let that be a lesson learnt for me.! i will get these 4lbs off this week - i will get back on track for my final week!
