HI, oh i'm really struggling today, have been 100% last couple of days, lokking for a decent loss this week. After having a really bad nights sleep, i started off really good, but, i've just caved in and had a fresh cream cake and some toast and butter(hardly ever have butter). Help:break_diet:
 
Work out the syns and then get back on track - there's a lot of the day to go yet! Did you use all your syns yesterday? Can you use some of tomorrow's?
 
Even if you can't claw back the syns (and i suspect given what you've said you may not have used as many as you think - depending on the cream cake that is) - it's one day out of seven - providing you're on plan the rest of the week - it won't be so bad - just draw that line and go for it. :)
 
ian's right its just one day.....what about a run to feel better about it? or just a brisk walk? ;)
