struggling

Good news re: the clothes :)....must admit seeing things looser helps me more than numbers on the scales....'cos when you're increasing lean muscle mass you start to weigh more...but you're slimmer than with more body fat....so clothes fit better :)

best to use both as a guide....x

L: HM burgers (350 grammes) french beans & Dukan mayo s/free jelly
D: HM burgers (250 grammes) & savoy cabbage & gallette

Wednesday:
PP day
B: 2 x turkey rashers & 1 egg
L: dressed crab & 350 grammes HM burgers + dukan mayo
D: Tuna & Galette

I forgot to take my jelly to work today, & I really missed it.........I feel like a big kid!
 
disaster

Hi everyone,
PP day today, but I was in a bit of a rush, so for lunch I threw together bits of chicken breast in the fridge & a tin of Tuna, along with a 'bespoke' dukan mayo.......greek yoghurt, loads of black pepper, dried parsley, teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, it was awful!!!! I could hardly eat any, most of it went down the loo!!!!:eek:
Then I made some lovely 5% burgers for tea to compensate......
