Been on slimming world now since Jan 1st and after an initial loss of nearly 5kg I seem to have plateaued out over the last week, increased all my exercise levels to the max and still no loss, any ideas or is this quite normal? Cycling nearly 80 miles a week so quite disappointed in slimming world and finding that snacking is a big problem, the SW snacks are almost meals, i work a hard manual job of 12 hour shifts and find it real difficult to find a quick snack that fills me up that is syn free, any recommendations would be great folks.
