Struggling!!

Hi I'm one the start of week 5 and have lost 1 stone 1lb so far which I think is fab,but I was 100% on plan last week and only lost a 1lb which I think is rubbish but it's a loss!! I'm doing it from home what could I do to boost this weeks loss so I keep to plan weigh days Saturday so only a couple of days to go.
 
In all honesty, I wouldn't try to boost this early on. You've lost a lot quickly so your body might just need a bit of time to catch up. I tend to have one rubbish week per month with either a small loss or a maintain, then it picks back up. Still averaging half a stone every three weeks (at 2.5 stone now) so happy with that! Just stick to plan, it'll keep coming off. :)
