Had a bad week this week (food wise) and I didn't lose anything at weigh in today. BUT I also didn't gain so I'm chuffed to bits!! Never thought I'd say that as I used to get really down a few years ago if I didn't get a loss every single week. I think that sometimes you need a few days off the wagon as not losing has really given me a push to make sure I try twice as hard next week to see that number on the display get SMALLER!!
