Hello all,
I know there's no such thing as spot reducing, and I know we all lose fat in different areas, but man! My upper arms are being a pain!
I can get my torso comfortably into a size 26 top, but the arms are a wee bit tight. I've just bought a size 24 top to slim into- in fact the body part is fine, it's just the upper arms!
I know I lost about 2" off my upper arms about 6 weeks ago, but they seem to have stalled there.
Will strength training make it worse or better? Any other tips?!
