Hi All, I started the Exante diet on Saturday and stuck to it for 3 days BUT couldn't stand any of the shakes or soups sooo decided to swap to SF as I love the Strawberry Shake
And the bars. So, I have been on SF only of for a couple of days but going well. My plan is SF shake for breakfast (the ready mixed in the bottles) Meal replacement SF bar for lunch and a low carb, high protien dinner, no snacks. My dinner all week is a tuna, lettuce and cucumber salad. Have so far lost 5lbs since Saturday 
I am 5.7 and started at 13.3 stone. I am used to being really slim and weighing about 10 stone.. have put on loads of weight over the last couple of years and I'm just not happy with myself. I blame my OH and being totally contented for my weight gain! lol. Also I used to have a horse who kept me fit.
I am going on holiday/honeymoon at the end of may so my goal is to be around 11 stone for that.
