Stuchie's New Diary - SF

Hi All, I started the Exante diet on Saturday and stuck to it for 3 days BUT couldn't stand any of the shakes or soups sooo decided to swap to SF as I love the Strawberry Shake :) And the bars. So, I have been on SF only of for a couple of days but going well. My plan is SF shake for breakfast (the ready mixed in the bottles) Meal replacement SF bar for lunch and a low carb, high protien dinner, no snacks. My dinner all week is a tuna, lettuce and cucumber salad. Have so far lost 5lbs since Saturday :)

I am 5.7 and started at 13.3 stone. I am used to being really slim and weighing about 10 stone.. have put on loads of weight over the last couple of years and I'm just not happy with myself. I blame my OH and being totally contented for my weight gain! lol. Also I used to have a horse who kept me fit.

I am going on holiday/honeymoon at the end of may so my goal is to be around 11 stone for that. :D

Good luck with your diet and i hope you get on better with this than you did exante.

I love slim fast as it gives me a fair amount of freedom. I can eat crisps and chocolatly cerial bars as long as its all in moderation.

Good luck and keep us all upto date on how you get on.
I can not stop weighing myself....so naughty! But good news, I have lost another lb. Official first week weigh in tomorrow so I shall update my stats then.

I love this diet, I'm finding it so easy. Hope everyone else is doing well too :D
Week 1 weigh in..... 6 lbs lost :D
ok, week 2 weigh in and 2lb loss...although I did have a couple of cheats this week. Not bad overall loss so still happy :D

Hi Stuchie, I'm new to Slim Fast and have been on this diet for 5 days now. First weigh in on Monday, and I'd be over the moon if I had anything close to the 6lbs you lost! You've done really well. Looking forward to getting to know you, as I find being on here keeps me on track! :)
