Well after a big WI Saturday morning losing 9.5 lbs I had a sneaky weigh to see if I was on tracks. I have been 100 % for 10 days. I'm worried as I haven't lost anything in 2 days is this natural?? Also am I ok to take sennacot when I can't go??
