Well after a big WI Saturday morning losing 9.5 lbs I had a sneaky weigh to see if I was on tracks. I have been 100 % for 10 days. I'm worried as I haven't lost anything in 2 days is this natural?? Also am I ok to take sennacot when I can't go??

Pls help - I don't want to lose will power :-(

Senokot is Ok to take if you need to.

Stay away from the scales honey, they will only lead you astray! Try to stick to once a week weigh ins, as your body does not lose weight "regularly" lol, and you might stall for a couple of days, then have a good loss.

Well done so far too x

Stay away from the scales!!!!! Mid week weigh ins are a bad idea if theyre going to de motivate you and put you off track, which clearly this is

As a matter of interest last week I checked the scales at my mums on Wed. My wi is a Sunday - Id lost 3lbs by Wed and then by Sunday, my wi, I only lost 1lb more. If you stick to Exante you cant fail to lose weight just keep off the scales and weigh in once a week!

I was feeling like you last week. The scales really messed me up as they kept saying different. I stuck it out as all the advice everyone on here gives you is so true, and my clothes were feeling looser. On week one I had lost 8lb but then no loss was showing (in fact only gains!) so I invested in new scales so it was like starting again as they gave me a totaly new weight. So after 13 days I writ off my 1st start weight, added the 8lb to what my 'new weight' said and left it until yesterday (a new weigh in day) and after all the disapointment last week I had lost 7lb. So 15lb (give or take) in 3 weeks is real good I think, and no more peeping or disapointments for me as it really does work!
