stuck.

I have lost 7lbs in the last 2wks. Bt this wk. Ive lost all motivation, and positivity!

I used 2Go gym 3times a wk, bt nt been once yet this wk.

Im nt like eating crap or eating realy bad, its just im nt enjoying it now at all.

Help advice. Motivation wanted plz.
 
Just spice up your menu make sure your not eating all the same foods 1/2 st is a fab loss don't lose sight of your goals!! Keep at it! X
