went for my weigh in last night, and i'd stuck

i was 10st 1lb last week, i'd lost 9lb, which was my holiday and week of gain.

Was hoping for 1lb at least, but i suppose it wasn't that bad.

I've been doing 810 and not lost.

My leader had got some new scales this week, as he old ones had broke.

Don't be disheartened though hun, stick to what you're doing and the results may show next week.

You could always say that the new scales aren't as good as the old ones and they'll take a week to break themselves in and will be showing the correct results next week .... just to keep you going :)

i know how you feel. have lost nothing this week (2) and am disheartened. but i feel kinda ok cos i lost 10lb the first week and this week has been a breeze. to be honest, i could do this diet forever so am hoping week 3 will see a good loss.
