stuffed my fat face!

    Well I knew i was having a bad day yesterday but my daughter is going on a survival week-end tmw and I think I've probably eaten her week-ends worth of food. I have stuffed my fat face with everything from crisps, mars bars, chicken, fish, everything. You would've thought I hadn't eaten for 7 weeks not ss and AAm for last 7 weeks. I cant be trusted if food is in the house, I have no control but I don't even feel really bad. Isn't that awful! Im going to try and start again Monday, im not in right frame of mind at the moment, but now I've stuffed i don't feel i need any 'bad' foods. I feel like I've got it out of my system so am going to try to wind it down now and start again Monday. Anyone else done this?

    Yes, I am full and the guilt is starting now. I have been really trying hard and struggling the last 3 weeks but now I have to stop and restart or I'll end up back where I started.

    By the way im on CD not lipotrim.

    Well you already know you are going to start again Monday! You know you can do it, just need to reocus on why uou are here.

    your gonna have one hell of a tummy ache,you need a padlock for your fridge either thatr or get your jaw wired up lol,start again monday,dont go wild over the weekend though x

    Do you have any other support than from your CDC? It might be worth accessing some counselling such as CBT or EFT to support you alongside this as a way to work with your binging behaviour and reduction/harm minimisation techniques.

    No I dont have any other support, I find this forum really helps and reading everyone's posts. I feel like the only one who's messed up lately though! :cry:

    Been there, done that too - well done for 'fessing up, that's the hard bit, I didn't manage last time, just went off and hid. :)
    Monday's a new day, but so is tomorrow! ;)
    Put this behind you, these things happen sometimes, use it as a warning and to make you stronger.

    Thank you Nikki, im feeling really annoyed with myself now. I can't believe I binged and couldn't control myself. To be honest I didnt eat loads, just wrong foods and I do feel stuffed now. Oh well lesson learnt big time!!!

    Don't feel like that - most of us mess up from time to time. In fact you haven't messed up completely or you'd have chucked the diet and gone back to old ways. You've decided to get back on track on Monday so you you believe that you'll get there in the end.
    Don't despair - you'll be ready to get going again on Monday.

    my take on Atkins, will do it until i'm bored then go back onto WW methods.
    hey,

    aww poor you, i fell off the CD wagon nearly two weeks ago, so i feel your pain. Try and get back into it all tomorrow, and not leave it until monday... the longer you leave it, the harder it is to re-start. Its strange how when we mess up, its always monday thats the new starting day... not that i'm picking because i'm guilty of that thought process too. I've went onto ww for a while until i sort my head out. Good luck... :)

    Thanks guys, I know I said Monday as im just not in the right frame of mind to start tmw. Im not going to go mad at the week end but I want to have a couple of drinks tmw night (only bacardi and diet coke) and then start properly again Monday. I do really struggle at weekends but I will get there. Thank you for all your support.

    Dont leave it until Monday

    Get back on track in the morning, you wont have done as much damage as you think. Make up for it with some excercise
    and youll be in a great mood come monday.

    Yes, I think I'll chuck out the rest of the food thats left over from my daughter's weekend she isn't taking with her. I can't be trusted not to eat it and its a pressure removed. I just would like to be able to control myself and just have a little bit of chocolate, not the whole bar. But as I cant I going to bin it now and put ketchup over it, then I won' t get it out later (as I have done in the past!).

    START AGAIN AMORA. don't put it off till monday. three day's damage is harder to undo than just the one.

    Bin there, done that! BUT dont leave it till Mon or you will compound the damage, instead of minimize it by glugging your water and getting back on the wagon!!!

    I speak from bitter experience. Hard lost, but oh so easily gained!!!!!!

    It's done now... and you're still alive, and you're remaining positive about it.

    As others have said: "Start again Monday" is classic crooked thinking. You're gonna feel bad the first day you're back on track, so why not make it before Monday, then Monday can be the "start" of feeling good again.
