Stunned - my weight loss to date is equal to....

....my very heavy three year old, who is a chunky boy who I can only just about carry up the stairs, and a bag filled with 29 tetras, which if you can imagine, is heavy!!

My lovely CDC put me on the scales holding my little boy and filled the bag up with tetras to show me in physical terms what I have lost since April!!!!! I was amazed and astounded and made my husband imagine it when I got home, although I only had half the amount of tetras in a carrier bag for him, he said "OMG, you must feel SO much fitter!"

I've lost 8 stone off my body from my biggest, 21stone to what i am now 13stone, and my 16year old daughter is 8stone8lb so I was almost carrying around my daughter around on my body, incredible huh, still got another three to lose but feeling fit and being able to move around easily is a good thing now
