Stupid Question alert

Today I went to Oswaldtwistle Mills (nr Accrington) I went to "Ye Olde Sausage Shoppe" the butcher is endorsed by slimming world.

I bought a great selection of syn free sausages, burgers and meatballs - can't wait to try them but, (here's the stupid question bit)

Are they only free on a red day, or both???

Hee hee, yep red days only. I've bought some of the meatballs too but don't know what to do with them!
