HI everyone, sorry for the silly question but can you use a smoothie maker as a blender to make the shakes up? i have never made the packets into shakes but heard they are nice blended with ice and water.

i have seen some blenders and smoothie makers and there is a smoothie maker in aldi at the moment going for £16.99. cant really afford a expensive one at the moment.

sorry if the question is a bit silly but ive never used a smoothie maker before and wondered if it had a diferent effect then the blender!

    thanks all!

I wouldn't manage this diet without my smoothie maker, I use 8floz of water and fill up the pint jug with crushed ice, throw it in the smoothie maker and its lush!
