Green foods are free on EE too, so yes, you can have green foods through the day and green and red foods at evening meal and as long as you only have one HEA and 1 HEB your day will be EE.

What confussed me is everyone saying you hsve to have fruit or veg with whatever your eating and can't do that with my 1st two meals.
But do eat fruit through the day most days.

Why not stay as a green day and use r 113g of tinned tuna or 71g of cooked chicken as your 2nd HeB and you can then have 320ml of skimmed milk AND 42g of low fat cheddar?

I would do this - as you say the first two meals are not okay for an EE day as there are no superfree foods
