(Stupid) Water Question

This may sound really stupid, but does anyone know if any other drinks, eg coke zero, count towards water intake, or do you have to have 3litres of water on top of other drinks?

I'm fairly sure that other drinks count towards your daily amount. Think I read it on the exante site, hope this helps. X

theres some squash you can have from tesco too. I use the flavouring somedays and others not
