:D hi all have been on discovery for three days sticking to my 18 points and managing to save 2 yesterday and have lost 3 lbs allready i knew i should have stayed with this diet and not tried the pro points, its better the devil you no sometimes..i am so pleased with myself..:D:D:D and once again:D
 
well done, i started again last week and lost 7lbs in my first week. I love the old ww plan :)
 
it is quite hard to stick to the 18 points but i know it works, pro points was a disaster for me three weeks and i didnt loose a thing. so lets keep up the good work..:D
 
I started back on the Discover plan last week and lost 5.5lbs :)
I stopped smoking in January and put weight on and felt so frumpy. I do the free jogging on the Wii for 30 mins every day and am going to start some excercise classes.
Spring is around the corner so i'm aiming to lose at least another 10lbs then i'm going to treat myself to some new clothes :D
Come on girls we can do it !!!!! :D
