Success Express

It's been ages since I've done a success express day but want to do one tomorrow.
How does this food diary sound please? Any help is muchly appreciated xxx

Breakfast: Weetabix crunchy bran & milk (HEA & HEB), followed by a banana & satsuma.

Snacks: Grapefruit, melon.

Lunch: Speed soup, followed by a yogurt & a couple of bits of melon.

Afternoon snacks: cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrots, 3 Babybel lights (HEA).

Dinner: small beef medallion steak, a few sw chips, large salad & boiled egg.

Snack: HiFi bar (HEB).

Please let me know if this sounds like an ideal SE day xxx
 
Sounds great! I M going to do it for the next few days to try and get back on track x
 
Sounds a but sf lite on the breakfast.. Add berries etc.
 
Success express dinner last night

2 joes syn free sausages carrot & swede mash broccolli cauli gravy (3)

Im going to be making chicken korma today, using chicken that is left over from our chicken bake yesterday, veg, ( green beans, peas, sweet corn, mushrooms onions and pepper) using tinned toms so think its more than 2/3 superfree and rice, althought its our wedding anniversary today we are not having a pudding but going out for dinner on Saturday ( our wi day is a sat) xx cant wait x
 
Hi I'm new hear,
I've been doing this all last week as I wanted to complete my first stone (needed to loose 2 1/2lb), stuck to it ALL week and gained 1lb at today's weigh in!!!!!!
feel gutted and can't keep motivated now
 
Did you tell your cons you'd done SE? What did they say? Do you have a food diary we could look at?

28th Jan: Success Express Day

Breakfast: 250ml 1% fat milk (HEA) & 35g Weetabix crunchy bran (HEB), banana, 2 satsumas.

Snack: Shape fat free melon yogurt, honeydew melon.

Lunch: Speed Soup, honeydew melon.

Snack: Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, 3 Babybel lights (HEA).

Dinner: Beef medallion, Actifry chips, mushrooms, bolied egg, mixed lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, radish, yellow pepper.

Snack: Mullerlight yogurt, Special K chewy delight bar (HEB).

Syns: Heinz extra light salad cream (2).

I couldn't stay to group, had to get to work but I did text her, she has my food diary so I am waiting to hear what she says. I actually feel a bit better after a good nights sleep and this week is a new week! As long as I keep eating healthy the weight has to come off eventually, I'm just impatient! Lol, thanks for replying!
 
Evening all!

Wish my SE days were helping like they did last week but I haven't seen a loss yet. Saying that I'm feeling a bit crampy, perhaps something's on the horizon. Only need 3lb to target and I want it so badly!
 
This really interests me :D I may have to read through all these messages when I have time. To drill it in my brain
