well I'v decided half way through w1 to start writing wat I eat each day, better late than never

breakfast (work 6 t 2)
ham and cheese salad 4

curly wurly 2.5 lol no time to eat
tea
stir fry 0
large chicken breast wrapped in bacon with smoked cheese in the middle 10 ?
grapes 3
snack fruites 0.5
