Sugar Free Jelly

I have just been told we can have Hartleys sugar free jelly and extra light dairylea triangles on Total Solution, has any one else heard that?

Nope not heard that and to be honest I dont think it's true, if you're doing Total Solution you're not supposed to be eating anything other than your 3 packs. It's one thing to have zero calorie drinks but jelly (even sugarfree) and Dairylea Extra Lights aren't calorie free and they're full of artificial crap. Also the jelly has aspartame which contradicts doing this diet which is aspartame-free.
