but 99g of 'polyols' (whatever that is ?!)

Ingredients - sorbitol, magnesium stearate, mint oils

Any dieticians amongst us?

Nope, not allowed. Mouthwash or Listerine Strips are pretty much the only options. Oh, and Gold Spot mouth spray. Sorry!

nothing but water black tea/coffee is not worth risking coming out of ketosis I scrub my tongue with my toothbrush lol xx
