Does anyone know if this is allowed, I've not had one but I used to live on redbull so kinda missing it.

Difficult to find a definitive ingredients list, but it appears to contain 10 calories per can and only drinks which contain 1 calorie per glass are recommended. It also seems to include a carbohydrate called glucuronolactone.

Not advisable at all on Dukan, I'm afraid.

Not good.

Not only is it 10 cals per can - it's high in salt.

Can I ask why you want to try Dukan when your start weight is so low?

I used to drink sf red bull quite a lot whilst in the car on long journeys, but I haven't needed it all since starting the diet. There's almost always a can of diet coke around though.

I hate to say this - but you are probably tired because you are not eating enough.

You already have a normal to low weight, and you are on a low calorie diet.
