SugarPlum (24st) to TinkerBell (12st)

Well last night Girls Night turned into a Sin disaster!! :-(

I started counting the sins but after the 4th glass of Bubbly, I lost my halo and the horns came out!

I have been 100% on food & avoided all the crisps but lost count of how many times by glass was topped up!!

So damage limitation now, I am planning 5 days of 100% on food and very little sins. Fingers crossed I can still squeeze a loss on Wednesday!

Need to get back In the habit of recording food...

Jamie's Chinese Rice for lunch with Grilled Asparagus!! Sooo full!!

Here is the recipe if your interest.

Jamie's Chinese rice

1 cup rice, 2 cup water
When water gone, turn off heat and steam

3 eggs
3 table spoon soy
Teaspoon sesame oil (2 sins)
Bunch chopped spring onions
Half lemon juice
S&P
Whisk

Add to rice spread round and add lid back

Dribble sweet chilli sauce (1.5 sins per TBSP) and add coriander

It's was very tasty but I added an additional sprinkle of Soy when it was on my plate.

SINS USED SO FAR TODAY - 2.5 (So Angelic!!)

My Hubby makes the BESTEST 'Grill Up' EVER!!!! Sooo stuffed!!!


Today's meals are as follows....

Breakfast - 2x Alpen Light bars (B) & banana

Brunch - Full Grill up - Mushrooms, beans, poached egg, grilled tomato & bacon medallions (Yum)

Dinner - Spag Bol - made up with the best Ragu in the world & sin free! I will post some pics & recipe later.

Today's A is being used for milk, so Hubby can make a yummy Cappuccino!! ;-)

Hoping to have a sin free day to make up for Fridays bubbly consumption!!

BEST SPAG BOL EVER!! - DOLMIO WHO??!!

I LOVE this recipe it makes a huge amount of rich, tasty Spag Bol! It makes 4-6 large potions, so you can freeze for another night!

RECIPE

800g lean steak mince
700ml passata
1 large carrot (2 small) - grated
2 celery sticks - grated
1 onion - diced
Punnet chestnut mushrooms - quartered
3/4 cloves of garlic
Mixed herbs
8 tbsp tomato purée
250ml beef stock
Worcester sauce

Fry (fry light) the onion, celery, carrott, mushrooms and garlic.

Add the mince and brown. Once brown, add Tomato Purée, mixed herbs and Worcester sauce, fry for a few mins.

Add the pasaata and the beef stock and simmer for 30min till most of the liquid has gone.

DELISH!!!!

Hi Lisa.. Yes... Sorry extra lean mince. I am lucky, my Hubby works in the meat industry, so he get someone to literally just put steak through the mincer, with no fat on. So I don't really think about my mince, as I know it's the leanest I can get. ;-)

Saves me a fortune!!! Lol
 
Monday morning here again... Don't think I slept a wink last night, my asthma has kept me up all night! Just hoping it doesn't turn into a full attack today :-(

Good food planned today, with so much SF foods!! :)

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (B) with muller light and chopped banana

Lunch - Ham salad - cucumber, carrot, onion, celery, pepper, Sweetcorn, baby potatoes & ham. Salad cream (4)

Dinner - Vegetable stir fry - noodles, onions, carrots, peas, bean sprouts, peppers, soy sauce, fish sauce, cayenne pepper & lime juice.

Sins for the day - 4 - still making up for Friday night!!

I will update if it changes! Lol xx
