hi all , im back :0)
weeel i will be tomorrow , got back from the ship after 3 weeks cruising with an extra 9 lb eeeek:eek:
well actually so much better than the damage i used to create in the past .so got back a week ago and put of restarting untill tomorrow as had lots of guests and things going on , so been a naughty naughty girl the last few days , really dont know whats got into me , eating /drinking wahaaay to much when i know im full and im feeling rubbish because of it ... why ???? hmmm will have to ponder that one , but enough !!! procrastinating over back to it to shift the last stones before i go for my tummy tuck consult hopefully in november time .... good motivation :D. so wish me luck and say a prayer for me , im not sure im ready for this but im giving it wellie :0)

day 1 done !!!!! wooohooo feel so much brighter already:D im on it like a car bonnet !!
so achy though wish it would go away so i could get properly excersizing again , dying to get running ...no idea whats wrong with me feel like my muscles have a post workout ache all the time .
Any way felt fine with diet all day had a naughty sf jelly to put me over the post dinner time pud crave but all good other wise.
b. chocolate shake , coffee and water.
l. salad and cottage pie pack
d.chicken no skin , broccoli and a couple of pieces of carrot.
sf jelly
just had coffee and prailine bar.

hi all
well things have been ok , been sticking with things and in ketosis but im struggling with myself so much today , my heads shouting to just go low cal type diet , dont know why im fighting in my head , i know im not great with 'regular' food diets and it will just set me back on the diet roundabout , and i really dont want to go there . i know vlcd works really well for me but i seem to be messed up in my head today and desperately need support.
I think im maybe struggling as ive only lost 3 lb so far which is nothing really for the 5 days ive completed but i stated with totm again pretty much as soon as i started back on the plan TYPICAL !!!!and im pretty sure thats what is holding me back on the scales grrrr . so here i am hoping for inspiration and help to get me through and then a couple of lb extra loss to motivate me , as i think im only struggling as the deprivation is not being paid off with weight loss. whphhhh big sigh !!!!!!hmmmm im hoping the a.m will bring about a change in every way :0):sigh:

Just like me! Lol, got back from cruise, started diet and TOTM mucked me about all week and then knocked me for 6 tonight!

The weight will come off, it's just trying to test your resolve. Stay firm!

Sukie Sue I think a 9lb gain on a 3wk cruise is nothing considering some people can gain that in just 1wk so well done.
You'll probably get a whoosh over the weekend so stick at it and good luck for weigh-in x x

well im so pleased i came on here and vented last night , got me through the difficult day . thanks for your support , i weighed in this morning ( i know im a serial dayley weigher :0))and 2.4 lb dropped of so im delighted to be on the move , just gives me the motivation to continue . i went and ordered some more packs to add to the ones ive got left from pre holiday ted again now , and ordered some wafers too as im short on bars so thought they could replace a bar now and again as my evening treat. so im excited again ,got through my mega funk .... the outcome could have been so different if id just made 1 decision differently ... ahhhh breathe :0)
 
Glad you got through the evening hun, woohoo always lovely to see a drop on the scales

You can do it :) thats 1/3 of that cruise weight gone already :) xx

been a good day
lovely lunch at nandos , skinless chicken breast and salad . lovely to sit and have a nice meal with the family without going o.t.t. and feeling bloated after.
mentally feeling good again , hope it lasts :0) hopefully drop a couple more pounds before monday . fingers crossed xxx

hi all ,
so ..... two days off plan :0( but back on track this morning raring to go again , didnt go cazy but im not sure where the need to have a break came from. anyway im over it and chalking it up to a day done and over and im not dwelling on the negative just on moving forwards . so here goes 100% through till cruise time on october 5th . really want to get back into the zone and not have to think about it too much .xx
 
great day today , feeling 'in the zone ' mentally so to speak , i know i wont be back in ketosis fully yet after a day of normal eating (well crap basically !!)but im feeling unnafected by being on the plan and really ready to loose the lb:D , a feeling i was missing last week when i started , dont really know whats different but i feel good so who cares .!!! lol
got my small order today with milk truffa bars , curry and wafers to try . so im off to go and buy some nice veggies to make a veggie curry . oh and a cauliflower to make some cauliflower 'rice' mmm cant wait for teat time xx
