Well you can use their website for information and check how many calories you need on training days and off training days.I used whey protein 80 (4 shakes a day),50g PB in the evening,omega 3,calcium,cla,r-ala,one healthy meal per week was allowed,I had one.But I lost fat I suppose and I gained so much muscle,or I lost water weight and gained a lot of muscle.I was training heavy even though you were supposed 3 times per week and 30 min everyday of walks or other engaging activities non cardio.
My first WI of the challenge and I lost 7lbs! YAY! =)
Hi Dana - just noticed we have similar aounts of weight to loose too. 80 something pounds sounds scary doesn't it?!
