Summer Challenge

Hi everyone - i see there was a spring weight loss challenge - as its now approaching summer wondered if anyone fancied taking up another for summer - i always find i loose better when i have a set target in mind.

End of summer - ?30/08/11b that means 12weeks.

Add yourselves if your up for it

MizKirsty - 24lbs (1.5lbs lost 22.5lbs to go)

Think I'll go for 18lb. I'm not used to losing weight quickly so 1 1/2 lb a week I hope is do-able

I usually loose 1.5 a week but hoping this motivation will help improve them

i was following a challenge on MFP but the host has seemed to dissapeared!! so i would love to join

12 weeks, 1lb a week would make me happy so 12lb by 30/8/11 please x

aaaahh!! well i have 34lbs left to lose till im at my goal weight, but the 10lbs left in the summer challenge will get me to 24lbs left, and then im nearly there !! wooooo!! i want that tiny black dress for christmas, maybe i will be able to confidently go to works christmas doo this year as well!

Yeah but that's 10lbs left this summer that's fantastic! And I can't wait till I can say 30 odd pounds to target eak! I'm so jealous ! But well done you your hard work is paying off greatly xx
