    New start, new diary!

    Week One:

    Sunday 30th March 2014

    Breakfast: Cheese toastie
    2 x 400g toast (HExB)
    Cheese slice (2 syns)
    Sliced tomatoes
    Sliced mushrooms
    Green lemon tea

    Lunch:
    Chicken tikka skewers
    Salad

    Dinner: Pasta
    penne pasta
    laughing cow blue cheese (hexa)
    onions, peppers, spinach, sweetcorn, chillies, veg stock
    bacon

    Snacks/syns:
    cheese slice (2 syns)
    crisps (4.5 syns)
    6.5 syns
