I hate...no, I mean really loath salads. I can't eat lettuce, raw toms, cucumber, raw carrots, beetroot, celery....the list goes on and I'm stuck for some summer meal ideas. I make a nice cous cous quiche which is quite light. I like SW spaghetti carbonara, which again is a light meal. But then I start to falter. Does anyone have any lighter summer meal ideas?
