Sun burn!

I am so annoyed at myself! I went out for a two hour jog today. I KNEW it was sunny, I KNOW how easily I burn, and I KNOW how dangerous sun burn is! But I still didn't put cream on and now not only am I burned, but I am completely unevenly burned, just down the backs of my arms and legs. I look ridiculous and feel so stupid!!

Oh bless you, sunburn is aaaawful torture eh, you cant even really sleep coz u cant get comfy ... hope it eases soon xxxxxxxx

I have scars from last years epic sunburn. Ended up with cream prescribed it was so bad.
Lesson Learned.
Cover up or use cream

I used to get uvb light therapy for my skin. Its essentially a very high intensity sunbed - you can only go on for 30seconds in the beginning. Towards the end of my treatment I was on it for nearly 10 minutes and got second degree burns on my back.... despite being medically supervised and having built this up for months. The agony... never again.

Oh no I got unexpected sunburn on Wednesday - didn't even think it was that sunny! Just need to cover up and put body lotion on it til it sorts itself out x
