Brekkie - ryvita HEXB with a tomato, marmite and frylite fried mushrooms

dinner - lentil soup 10 syns

mid afternoon snack - HEXB ryvita and HEXA cheese. An apple and a boiled egg

tea - fell of the wagon - prawns, ham, salad beetroot,chicken muller light pear + a jacket potato 16 syns, muller light, 2 teaspoons agave syrup 1 syn, banana, 3 richtea biscuits 6 syns

33 syns today!!!!! need to cut back my syns for the next few days!!!!!!

Monday - starting again!!!

Well, it all went wrong yesterday. I gave up recording what I was eating as I went a bit mad in the end. I think the best thing will be to forget everything so far and start again from scratch. I'm not recording my weight because my scales have died. I'll have to wait until I can get to a Boots.

FREE

2 eggs, mushrooms, tomato, muller light x 3, banana, kale, cod, mixed veg

olive oil, 3 babybel light, peas

Thursday - feel back on track

After a couple of odd days when I would have sold my soul for cake , yesterday went fine. I ate all my Hexs and lots of veg and fruit and I didnt go over my syns. A green day today!

Free - 2 eggs, mushrooms, pasta and sauce ( ham and cheese flavour), 2 pears, cabbage, carrots, muller light, boiled potato

Hexs - Cheddar x 2, finn crisps, lean pork

Syns - 4 x rich tea biscuit 8 syns, squirty cream 7 syns
