Im having a Sunday roast today on a red day, any ideas on what i can have?

Was planning on Chicken, veg, Paxo stuffing sage & onion 28g is 1.5 syns so thought id have 54g :D

Do you weigh the stuffing when its cooked?

I weigh the stuffing when it's cooked, yeah.

You could also use a Hex B for some roast potatoes - 227g chopped up with the skin on, or I usually chuck 198g of new potatoes in the oven to make little roasties.

Yorkshire puds are surprisingly low syn as well, think it's about 2 or 3 syns for the frozen ones? I make my own which work out at about 3 each if I remember rightly.

I put the stuffing in the gravy. You don't use half as much but get all the flavour :) then just syn them both. Nice to know about the yorkshires as I love them :)

Just checked, home-made are 3 syns per 28g. Frozen ones are -

16g mini = 2 syns
22g medium = 3 syns
30g large = 3.5 syns
110g giant = 14 syns

Reckon they're definitely worth the syns (maybe not the giant one, mind..!!)

Going to have Paxo sage and onion stuffing (6 syns for 112g, hope i worked that out right) and 2 syns for bisto best gravy (came up as 1 syn per package/serving)
