Sunday Weigh In

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, not too sure if this is what you do, but, I've decided to make a thread for people who weigh in on a Sunday.

I'm doing SW at home so hopefully making a thread like this we will be able to encourage each other.



Today was my first weigh in and I've lost 7lb! Can't believe it, so pleased and its defiantly spurred me on.

Would love to hear other people's Sunday weigh loss
