    Green day today but back on the wagon! :D

    B: 1 slice toast (HE B) woke up late and had to have something quick before my driving lesson!
    MM: fruit salad, mullerlight vanilla,

    L: Egg fried in frylight, sw chips, ketchup (.5 syns)

    D: Veggie burger 4 syns, sw chips, beans
    S: nectarine, pomegranate, muller light

    E: 1 hour walking
    W: 2 litres

    Sounds good heres mine, red day

    B hifi bar hex b and muller light, ss milk for coffee hex a

    L Tuna mixed with quark and paprika with salad

    D scrambled egg, bacon, quorn sausages, 2 x ww danish 2 tbsp low fat spread 2 syns
    2 table spoons of ketchup 2 syns

    Snacks will be fruit


    Water, diet coke and coffee
