Morning all! Another mixed day today

B: Porridge with vanilla rice milk & maple syrup HE B, HE A 4 syns

MM: run, protein shake HE A

L: Tabbouleh with 1/3 HE B for olive oil, huge salad 1/3 HE B olive oil

D: Roast chicken, roast bns, fennel & courgettes, steamed tenderstem broccoli 1/3 HE B olive oil for roast veggies, 2 syns spread

Mornign everyone :D

Brekkie here was a banana

Lunch will be pasta and quorn with grated cheese (HE A)

Tea will probably be ryvita and marmite :) (HE B)

and I am vowing to up my water intake again so am aiming for 5 litres of water today

snacks will be strawberries and pineapple :D
