    B: Toast HE B, spread 2 syns
    E: 30 min run, 15 min walk

    MM: Bacon, egg, beans

    L: Veggie stir fry with quorn pieces
    MA: fruit, mullerlight

    D: Pasta, pancetta HE B, cougettes, HF cheddar HE A, huge salad

    S: fruit
    E: run/walk
    W: 3 litres

    A red day here today:eek::D

    late brekkie was 2 x ww bread (hex b) 2 slices lean bacon, 1 quorn sausage.

    lunch pineapple, apple, strawberries and banana mmmmmmmmm

    Tea chicken kiev, salad and rice (hex b)

    snacks
    muller lite
    milk (hex a)

    I know, I work all week for the weekend and then it is over in a flash!

    L: 1x800g wholemeal toast (HEX b), baked beans(ss), tinned plum tomatoes (s)

    D: Linda McCartney lasagne (2 sins)...can't believe sin value for this bad boy!!!, butter beans(ss), carrots(s), garden peas(ss)

    Snacks: 2 x ryvita(3 sins), 42g red.fat cheese (HEX a), 3 x tbsp pickle(3 sins), cheese curls(3.5 sins)
