Sunshine's Trip To Pre Baby Weight (start Thurs 13th oct, p 91)

I have been thinking about getting gel nails again, and you know what I may well do next pay day.

Thanks for your lovely as always posts. My trip over was great and my sis came over so we were up till all hours yapping. Still on track and still ticking off my sheet.

Thank god i bought that black dress as i have 3 things to go to, 2 of which i didn't know about, so it will do me for all off it. :) Arg I really can feel the rolls and my skinnies are too tight right now..... way too much muffin top going on...so that's encouraging me to keep on track.

I have a hair trial for sisters wedding soon, then rehearsal (singing - the reason why i'm over) most of the day, following by shopping and then out tonight.

Foodie list:
CD porridge, banana
CD cranberry bar, banana
Skinless roast chicken, potato, veg
Water
Coffee
.....................

You seem to have this overall determination that will get you to goal no matter what, no matter how long it takes and that is so admirable.

I bought some of that hair stuff - hair that doesn't grow past a certain length - and it's doing the job, making it feel thick!

Hiya Sunshine, where are you, hope your journey back was okay....

I also bought that pink stuff, but I am not finding it very good (all hair is different of course), but it makes mine sooooo soft and frizzy and it is still falling out by the handful, DH spends most of breakfast time picking it off my clothes.... aaarrgghh!!!

What a manic time it's been but all pretty good thank goodness. I did the best I could on 1000 while I was away but I don't feel I'm in control so yet again I've made a choice. I've been speaking with my CDC and I'm going on 810 again. I'll take it week by week and see how I go but I've reminded myself how much I enjoyed it before. I was quite sick on it but now that I'm drinking milk again, I'm hoping lots of coffee and tea will get me through instead of the natural yogurt. So I'm meeting my lovely CDC this evening :) Ooohhhhhhhh wish me luck... I really want to enjoy being on 810 and take control again.

My feet didn't touch the ground in Dublin...it was madness but I did enjoy it. I saw loads of people who i hadn't seen in years and had a huge amount of compliments which was a bonus. I even was chatted up by 2 guys and had various mothers wanting to set me up with their sons hehehehehehehee...it was so funny but i just took it all as a big compliment. Nice to know there's people out there who think i'm attractive lol!!!!! Of course along with now being brunette and people not recognising me...it was great fun! Oohhhh that black dress I bought was perfect too!

Today i got my nail gels done french polish and I'm loving them. I also found a fab purple wool dress with matching shoes and tights along with a deep pink wrap thing for one of the wedding outfits. God shopping is fun :)

So I'm teaching tomorrow, seeing a friend and Thursday having my hair cut and doing a load of paper work where I teach. Fly back to Dublin Friday first thing!

Last thought for me now is that I remember looking forward to wearing skinny jeans which i did. Now i'm looking forward to wearing boyfriend loose style when I'm at goal :) xxx

Oh hun how rubbish for you. What does your CDC say about your hair falling out. There must be something to help! Shame that product doesn't work for you.

810: feeling that 810 haze i always get.... ah well......it's a feeling of being in control again i hope :)

All my outfits are sorted for the dublin events this weekend. It was fun trying everything on this morning and so I'm packed clothes wise anyway.

Got some housework done, have more to do, then teaching and then off for a quick coffee with a friend.

Foodie list:
CD porridge, tea

Baked chicken breast with chilli flakes, veg
CD tomato soup, black pepper
Water
Tea :)

The one difference this time with 810 is I now drink milk and so I'll have tea's and coffees's more often and cut out the yogurt.

Off to glug some water while the chicken is cooking. I'll have to have the soup late when I get back from coffee as I'm running out the door as soon as my teaching is done. Nothing exciting to say really..... I'm happy to be doing 810 now at my smaller size knowing I haven't got too much to lose. It's only for a short time and I will take it week by week. I'd lime to stay on it for at least the 2 weeks which will take me to my dress fitting and if I'm happy enough on it I'll continue. :) x

Glad your enjoying 810 though! I am dreading going up to that plan, but due to my chocolate saga, it wont be happening this week thats for sure! lol.

Lizz....... just put it behind you hun. It happens to most of us. My first 10weeks of cd I was pretty on track and so determined and when it went wrong it felt so bad. But life is life and sometimes we do these things for whatever reasons but we just have to keep going forward and we'll get to goal one day :)
